1. FOTA online update --- when box have bugs or new function, you can choose to update online if necessary.

2. Remote control cannot navigate --- some apps are designed to be used on tablets and phones that have touch screen settings or mouse. So you can use the mini wireless Keyboard or Mouce to operate the TV box.

3. 4k ---- Please make sure your video source and TV support 4K at the same time, otherwise the TV box will not show the 4K option when setting the resolution, and you will not be able to use the 4k function.

4. The player does not respond to certain operating commands during playback
